Tomasz Leśniak – chef, head chef and restaurateur with nearly 30 years of experience. He began his career in 1996 at the legendary Wierzynek restaurant, and just a few years later became one of the youngest head chefs in Poland. For over a decade, he managed the catering at the Sheraton Kraków hotel, overseeing a large team and prestigious projects.

Since 2006, he has been head chef of the Polish men’s national football team, and since 2025 also of the women’s national team. He has cooked at the World and European Championships, for heads of state, celebrities and at the Vatican.
He is the creator of the Nota Resto by Tomasz Leśniak, Bistro Bene and ¡ojo! contepts, and author of the book „Biało-Czerwoni na talerzu” (The White and Reds on a Plate). He currently supports the HoReCa industry as an expert and mentor.
